Themes
Our diverse research program includes wetlands, values for water, social connections, culture, climate change and conservation.
Connection
Facilitating relationships between generations, cultural knowledge experts and formal managers, and country, for more sustainable futures.
Country
This project is shaped and enabled by Country. We pay close attention to the improved health and well-being of Country, including the people who engage with it. Gomeroi/Kamilaroi Country is an active participant and a key collaborator.
Digital storytelling for schools and educators
We’ve developed a digital storytelling activity and guide as an opportunity for young people to connect with Gomeroi/Kamilaroi Country in creative ways, using digital devices. It may be helpful to use as a lesson plan for STEM subjects or Geography (especially for Stages 3-5).
